Each engagement starts with a fixed scope and a written fee you approve before anything begins. What gets recommended never changes what you pay. That’s what it means to be fee-only.

A complete written plan: cash flow, debt, insurance, investments, taxes, and whatever decisions are in front of you this year. It’s yours once it’s done, and nothing about it obligates you to come back.

The right fit for someone who wants a complete picture and a clear set of recommendations, but isn’t ready for or doesn’t need an ongoing relationship. Some clients start here and come back for ongoing planning later. Others take the plan and run with it. Either way is fine.

Koinos earns no commissions and no referral fees from any source. What gets recommended never affects what you pay. The complete fee disclosure is in , on file with the Idaho Department of Finance. CRD #342846.

Ongoing planning fees are billed monthly, at the end of the month, on a : each tier’s rate applies only to assets within that tier, not to the full balance. Flat fees are billed at engagement.

A blended fee means each pricing tier’s rate applies only to the assets within that tier, not to your whole balance. On $300,000 managed: the first $250,000 is charged at 1.50%, the next $50,000 at 1.25%. You never pay the higher rate on your full balance just because you crossed a threshold.
